Dr Jonathan Grey - Principal
Jon is Principal at Callywith College, having previously been Assistant Principal responsible for Teaching and Learning and ensuring that the subject specialists delivering the College's courses are given the best possible environment to help students achieve outstanding results. Jon also has experience as Team Leader for Science and leading on the Medics’ Academy at Truro College which has supported hundreds of aspiring doctors, vets and dentists.

Jen Temple - Assistant Principal
Jen is the Assistant Principal for Student Experience. She has led both a highly successful curriculum area and brings a wealth of experience in ensuring students receive the best possible support at the College. Jen ensures all students experience outstanding provision that raises their aspirations, supports them to achieve their full potential and enables them to exceed their expectations.

Allyn Jefferies - Assistant Principal
Allyn is the Assistant Principal for Teaching, Learning and Assessment, ensuring that all students receive the highest quality of teaching and that subject specialists delivering courses are given the best possible environment to help students achieve outstanding results.

Tracey White - PTL Languages, Art and Media
Tracey, who was responsible for the implementation and delivery of all A Level English courses offered at Callywith, is the Programme Team Leader for Languages, Art and Media at the College.

Anitra Coleman - PTL Education and Care
Anitra is Programme Team Leader for Education and Care. She is responsible for the delivery of the Health & Social Care and Children's Play, Learning & Development Diploma courses. Anitra is also part of the College's Safeguarding Team.

Huw Williams - PTL Humanities and Social Sciences
Huw is the Programme Team Leader for Humanities and Social Sciences. Huw is also able to provide personal and pastoral support for all students within his area of responsibility, including mental health and safeguarding support. Huw also coordinates Ten Tors and the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.

Colin Bacon - PTL Maths IT and Games
Colin is the Programme Team Leader for Maths, Computing, IT, Games and Workskills at Callywith College. He also has an overview of Exams, Premises, Transport, Respect Officer and Quality Assurance.

Dr Kate Roberts - PTL Science and Psychology
Kate, who set-up the chemistry department at Callywith College which includes fantastic facilities, equipment and the latest technology, is the Programme Team Leader for Science and Psychology at the College.

Julie Penprase - PTL Sport and Business
Julie, who from 2005, was a Deputy Team Leader at Truro College; with specific responsibility for the sports academy provision as well as teaching on PE and Sport courses, is the Programme Team Leader for Sport and Business at Callywith College.

Matt Andrews - DTL Humanities
Matt, who is responsible for establishing and delivering A Level Geography at Callywith, is the Deputy Team Lead (DTL) for humanities at the College.

Garry Hitchens - Mathematics Lecturer
Garry, who was previously a Lecturer in Mathematics at Truro College, is responsible for the delivery of A Level Maths and Further Maths at Callywith College. Garry brings with him five years of experience teaching at A level and is also involved in organising additional maths-related activities throughout the year including the senior maths challenge in November.

Sam Wills - IT and Games Lecturer
Sam is a lecturer for IT as well as Games, Animation and VfX Skills. She has had a wide ranging career from art, computing, psychology and games design.

Ryan Hughes - Economics Lecturer
Ryan teaches A Level Economics here at Callywith, he has been working in education for over 15 years and brings his enthusiasm for life long learning to the classroom to inspire his students.

Julian Wills - Callywith Active Lead
Julian is Callywith Active Lead, as well as the High Performance Academy Coordinator, he brings his experience from many years of working in the sport and health and fitness industries to support and enhance Callywith's sport provisions.

Jamie Crowle - Student Services Lead
Jamie, who has a background in both teaching music and student support, leads the Student Services department at Callywith College, helping students with a wide variety of issues including housing, finance, bursaries and careers guidance, through to sexual health advice and mental health support. Jamie is also the College’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Dr Vince Williams - Geology Lecturer
Vince, who previously taught Geology at Truro College, is responsible for establishing and delivering the A Level Geology course at Callywith College.

Kayley-Ann Raymond - Lead Science Technician
Kayley-Ann supports staff and students within all aspects of practical science. She is also responsible for all maintenance, ordering and upkeep of science equipment.

Lucy MacDonald - Biology Lecturer & Medics’ Academy Coordinator
Lucy, who after graduating from vet school, decided to study her PGCE with Truro College, has been working as a Biology Lecturer at Callywith College for three years.

Lindsey Kennedy - DTL Media
Lindsey is Deputy Team Leader (DTL) for Media and runs both the vocational and A Level media qualifications at Callywith College.

Jonny teaches History and Politics at Callywith College and is also the Oxbridge Coordinator where he helps support students who are applying to Oxford and Cambridge University.

Helen is DTL for Business and Travel and Tourism courses here at Callywith. She has had a wide ranging career in education before Callywith and brings her immense level of experience to the college.

Millie Roberts - Personal Development Tutor
Millie Roberts is one of the college's Personal Development Tutors; she provides pastoral support to students, helping them apply to university, overcome personal difficulties and motivate them to aim high.

Greg Bott - Games Lecturer
Having initially worked as an arts lecturer across several sites in Birmingham, Greg’s current role enables him to work with young gamers who are inspired to create and are curious as to how games are made.

Jess Colwill - Health and Social Care Lecturer
Jess began working at Callywith as the Netball Academy Coach, moving later as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and then as a guest lecturer for the Level 2 Health and Social Care course. She undertook her Post 16 PGCE in 2020 at Truro College and is now a full time lecturer for Health and Social Care.

Adam Hay - Photography Lecturer
Adam, who was previously a Photography Lecturer at Penwith College, has developed the new photography department ensuring that all students have an outstanding experience, using first class equipment in a supportive and engaging environment.

Clare joined Callywith when the college opened in 2017. She currently teaches A Level and UAL Performing and Production Arts courses.
