A Level, GCSE & Vocational Results 2024

It’s been an exceptional year for all our current and future students. Everyone at the college is proud of each and every one of you for your dedication and motivation in focusing on your studies. We appreciate how hard you’ve worked to do your best.

We have created the Results 2024 Hub to help A Level, Vocational and GCSE students find the best information, advice and guidance, whatever your results.

We will do everything we can to support students to make decisions about their progression. As is the case every year, there will be students whose final grades might require a change of plan. If your results aren't what you are expecting, don't worry! There are always alternative options and the college’s knowledgeable academic and support staff are here to help you.

We wish you all the very best of luck!

GCSE Results Day: Thursday 22nd August 2024

If you have already applied to Callywith College, you will receive a letter in late Summer via email with information on confirming your place on your chosen course/s. When you receive your GCSE results on Thursday 22nd August, it’s important to enter your grades and save your decision online by following the instructions below on results day to confirm your place with us.

If you are not expecting new results or are an existing student returning to start a new course, you must still read the information below and login to confirm your place at college.

To confirm your place at Callywith College:

1.
Click here (GCSE upload will be live from Thursday 22nd August)

2. Login to your college portal

3. Follow the instructions on screen to enter your grades and save your decision.

4. You will be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of saving your decision.

5. You must enter your results no later than Monday 26th August. Places are in high demand and failure to meet this deadline could result in you losing your place at the college.

Please follow the instructions above even if you do not meet the entry requirements detailed in your offer email. We will contact you by telephone with advice and will discuss course options. If you no longer want the place you have been offered, please let us know by emailing admissions@callywith.ac.uk.

We wish you the very best of luck with your results and hope you enjoy a great summer break. We cannot wait to see you for the first day of term on 5th September.

Late Applicants
(applications made after official February deadline)

The official deadline for applications is always the last day of the February half term holiday in the spring term. If applicants miss the official deadline, we would still encourage them to apply here. The application will be considered a ‘late application’. We will endeavour to process and consider late applications and will invite applicants to interview where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. This year we have had to take the difficult decision to pause the processing of further applications due to the sheer number of applications and course acceptances we have already received.

Late applications will now be held within our admissions system. We will be holding interviews for late applicants on the following dates: 27th August and 28th August 2024.

If you would like to persist with your application, we will…
·        Contact you by email on the 27th of August (after GCSE results day on the 22nd of August) to let you know if a place has become available and invite you to an interview on the 27th or 28th of August.
·        Contact you by email on the 27th of August (after GCSE results day on the 22nd of August) to let you know that there is still no space available.

Please ensure you keep the 27th and 28th free so we can invite you in for a last-minute interview to secure a place.

Whilst we hope that all applicants to Callywith College will be able to secure places at the college, we would recommend that you look for an alternative destination in case a place does not become available. At post-16 application stage, you may hold simultaneous offers up until the point of enrolment so we strongly advise that you have a back-up plan if a place at Callywith does not become available. If at any point you wish to withdraw your application, please contact admissions@callywith.ac.uk and we will remove you from our list.

Summer 2024 Certificates

Certificates will be available to collect from the college in December 2024. Further information on collection times will be released by the end of November 2024.
