Callywith College has welcomed over 800 virtual visitors to its first ever Virtual Open Day held on Saturday 14 November 2020.

Students and staff have been raising awareness for World Mental Health Day by wearing yellow for YoungMinds’ #HelloYellow campaign to show others that they are not alone when struggling with their mental health.

A Level Chemistry students took part in the The University of Cambridge’s annual chemistry challenge competition over the summer, qualifying for eight copper awards as well as three silver certificates.

Callywith College welcomes new and returning students as the population grows to more than 1250 students in the College’s fourth year.

At the end of the most unusual academic year that saw Callywith College being designated Ofsted Outstanding, move the entire college community online and end with no exams or assessments due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the College’s A Level and Extended Diploma students have achieved some excellent results.

A Level Geography student Josh Bateman has won a Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) Excellence Awards for the 2019 summer examinations for his mark in the Pearson Edexcel AS Level Geography exam.
