On Thursday 1st February, Callywith opened its doors to hundreds of students and parents for the second time since opening in September 2017.

Photography and Media students went on their first residential to London to visit a number of exhibitions and to see the sights this month.

Callywith College is holding a free public lecture including a full demonstration with the original WWII Enigma Machine – as Dr James Grime illuminates the brilliant mathematical insights and innovative thinking of Alan Turing.

Breath-taking, mind-blowing and inspiring, described the mesmerising performance by Gecko Theatre Company which Callywith A Level Drama students experienced as part of their very first residential.

Callywith students and staff have been making the most of the free physical activities now available as part of the brand new Health, Wellbeing and Sport (HWS) programme on offer during lunch breaks and throughout the day.

Callywith magazine club students have been working very hard designing and creating their first magazine - Edge - showcasing student art and photography, eye-opening articles and perspectives, as well as the top activities and events – as suggested and written by students.

The Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall and dignitaries from across Cornwall gather for the official opening ceremony of Callywith College in Bodmin which has been delivered in association with Truro and Penwith College.

A Level History students participated in the Historical Association's Great Debate 2018 - a national public-speaking competition for sixth-form students last week.

On Saturday 25th November, Callywith opened its doors to hundreds of students and parents for its first Open Day since opening in September.
