Pupils from Sir James Smith’s Community School in Camelford were amongst the first to be given a site tour of the new Callywith College in Bodmin.

Truro and Penwith College staff have been given a tour of the new Callywith College campus, as construction of the state-of-the-art building in Bodmin marches ahead.

Students and their families were given the opportunity to discover more about Callywith College courses, facilities and student life at the recent Truro Open Day.

Callywith College’s visit to Sir James Smith’s School leads to a new course - A Level German being added to the course offering.

Students looking to start their studies at the new Callywith College in Bodmin were able to get a closer look with the opening of the College’s Application Suite.

It was standing room only for excited students and their parents who attended the Callywith College prospectus and application launch event in Bodmin town centre on Saturday 17th October.

With the first cohort of students due to start lessons in September 2017, prospective students are being urged to apply now for places at the new Callywith College.
